   Hi Hannette,
   I think we've met briefly before. Are you Richard's Hannette? My husband, Howard, and I have known Richard for a couple of years now from DCA when he was the supervisor there. I believe he introduced us quickly one PTN a few month's ago.
   Anyway, I was thinking it was you because I didn't think too many people had your name. It's an unusual one and very pretty.
   What kind of pins do you collect? I started collecting in May 2004 - didn't know what I was really doing for about a year. I started looking for pigs on lanyards (I've always collected pigs and Coca-Cola things - not sure why). So I have a cute little pig collection. But I started buying LE holiday pins then the 2004 Olympic pins. In 2005 I collected the Mickey statue pins and the bonus pin at the end was real bonus for me - Mickey as the Coca-Cola delivery man! Wow! Love that pin!! I even took pictures of all 75 statues in the park and have them in little scrapbooks. What's happened is that I found I was collecting Mickey's on lanyards and just recently put them all on a huge corkboard. It's almost full!! And that doesn't include the Mickey's in my pin books that are part of other collections. I love to take out my books and look through them.
   Then I found out about Hidden Mickey/Cast Lanyard pins and started collecting those. Well...you know how that goes. LOL
   Howard's recently started collecting car pins - any pin with a car (or similar vehicle) on it.
   My daughter, Alex (19), lives with us and she likes Nightmare Before Christmas. She has a lot of nice pins that I've collected for her. We had gone to the last Haunted Mansion Holiday in 2004 and she has nice things from that, too.

   Aside from wrenching my back a couple of weeks ago and slowly getting over that, I'm doing okay. I know we need the rain but I'm a true California native and love and miss my sunshine! How have you been? Have you been going to PTNs? My husband Richard and I usually go to the Sunday ones, so I guess we'll have to wait til March for that one.
   
   Hope you're doing great, maybe see you at Pin Traders sometime?
